AM3 CPUs have both DDR2/DDR3 support in the IMC, and your motherboard supports them.

You may run AM3 PhenomII quads, and even Thuban hexcores in your motherboard.

Do i have to update bios or do something else or just put the cpu in socket and install driver? And if i want to buy AM3+ mobo i can use that CPU?

Updating the BIOS prior to changing the CPU is a good idea.

And if I understand your question correctly --- Yes, you may move the CPU from the M2N68 to an AM3+ motherboard.
