How to lower Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti fan speed?

My gigabyte GTX 750 Ti, the first model with the windforce cooler can only go to 56% lowest fan speed even using msi afterburner and it isnt as quiet as I hoped it would be so how do I lower it? I looked in the bios and the fan control part it greyed out. Thanks in advance.

typical crap answer from someone that doesnt really want to help you

long story short is you cant go any lower than the stock 40% unless you flash the bios on the board

Oh ok thanks, but I ruined the card by accident and got a GTX 760 Hawk lol. It's super quiet and super fast. :)
