I kept getting these messages from avg on my computer saying there was a trojan horse, the file was rpcss.dll. After i fixed it my computer was working fine then when i restarted my computer i would get to a black screen and i could move my mouse. Then i was told to reset cmos setting so i did and now upon the first boot up screen, where you would go into bios settings, my keyboard wont work any keys i click it just doesnt respond. But when that screen goes away it but if i click ctrl-alt-delete it brings that first boot up screen back. Does anyone know what the problem is. And i did try to use a ps/2 keyboard but it still didnt work

Are you trying to reset your BIOS settings? You can do that by removing and re-setting a jumper on your motherboard. This can also be done my removing your CMOS battery which looks like this on your motherboard - https://encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcT...

Aft er a trojan infection in the system files its best to just reinstall the OS. You must at minimum replace those system files with genuine MS ones either from a clean system or your OS disk.

you can download the MS install ISO from its Digital River site and extract the file you need. If other files were deleted and you dont remember the names then keep in mind that you can use this disk to reinstall 7 even without a valid product key but you will only have limited time (30 days?) to enter a valid product key code.
