Nvidia Capture Server 100% disk usage

I'm not sure what forum this should be put on, so I'll just put it here.

Whenever I've recorded something with Shadowplay, my disk usage goes up to a 100% for a few minutes, making my PC practically unusable while this lasts. The process that uses makes it go to 100% disk usage is called "NVIDIA Capture Server". Would anyone know if this is a bug and or if it's fixable?

HDD: Western Digital Black 1TB.
GPU: EVGA GTX 780 TI.

Its capturing your video.... and you have a spinner, which is slow to access with all that data moving around. I recommend an SSD for your OS/few games and the WD for other data.

This used to never occur. Never had any problems with it untill recently. It's only after having recorded a video with it. Not during.

I am not positive but the video may need to be saved/processed after you close the game. That would explain a short term slow down.

That would probably explain it. Strange it only started ramping disk usage up recently.
