I have a i5 3570k cpu @3.40 ghz with 8 gb of ram corsair water cooler all powered by 750 corsair power supply card is a gforce gtx 780 ghz edition with armor plate red breded cables what do reckon

May i ask what you are using the system for? If its sole purpose is gaming the an i7 is overkill and you wont see and gains over a i5. depending on your motherboard you might be able to just upgrade the cpu to a gen 4, I would recommend the i5-4690k

Im one for pictures to get the whole picture of setup and cable management. System spec wise its a good system. Some more info would be nice...

CPU: i5 3570k
MB: ?
Ram: 8GB -> what kind, speed, timings
Gpu: GTX 780 ghz edition
PSU: corsair 750w
