I have four mobo: Intel G31, Gigabyte G31, Asus G41 and lastly MSI G41, which will be best for OC and for gaming, oh! under Core 2 duo e7500.but my friend has MSI one , he told me its the best one for stability and runs fast. Thanks Debashish

Since you are considering OC'ing, it will depend on the rest of the motherboards' components and specs. Do the VRMs have a heat sink? Solid capacitors? Phase Power? If you could list the exact models of the boards in question, it would help. But basically, the G41 is the newer chip set.
