PLease help! My GPU isnt working!

I just installed a new CPU heatsink and now my GPU isnt working properly. It works but my resolution is set to 1920x1080 but its got black bars, my GPU is constantly spiking up to 100% usage and its not being properly detected, not sure how to explain it but here are some pictures.

ON the right it dont show any ofhte information just what card it is.

I have a XFX 550W PSU gaming, its all been fine apart from since I installed my CPU heatsink.

I think its a Virus/Trojan which mines Bitcoins for hackers.
Scan your computer using your antivirus program or Malwarebytes.
See if this helps :)
Also, remove and reinstall the graphics card drivers.

Yeah I will scan, But my CPU is working fine its just the GPU My CPU Temps are alot better than befoer but I think I found the solution., Im reinstalling my drivers and I just got my normal resolution back halfway through install *fingers crossed*
