Will my power supply be able to handle a GTX 970?

Hi guys! I would like to ask if my power supply has enough juice to run a gtx 970 since I plan to upgrade from hd 7850. Here are my current specs:

MOBO: ASRock z77 Pro 3
CPU: i5-3300 3.00Ghz
HDD: 500GB Seagate
SDD: Intel 330 180GB
PSU: Seasonic M12II Bronze 520w
RAM: 2x4GB 1333Mhz
Fan: 4 corsair fans and 1 stock fan

Hello.
Yes your PSU can handle the card since the minimum requirement for the card is 500W.

Yes the GPU will work with the PSU fine and like maestro0428 said above it is a good PSU
