Spec
Intel Core i7-4790K (No OC turbo off)
Kranken X61 watercooler
Crucial DDR3 Ballistix Sport VLP 16GB
ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO
XFX Radeon R9 280X 3GB PCI-E
AverMedia HD live gamer PCI-E x1
WD Black 1 TB
Samsung SSD 850PRO 128GB
1 usb mouse
1 usb keyboard

Solution
Well a 600W or higher PSU from EVGA/ XFX/ Antec/ SeaSonic would be good enough. I'd get SeaSonic S12II 620W or XFX Pro 650W to go with the system, if you're looking for CF ability, 850W or higher would be great. EVGA B2/G2 850W are excellent PSUs.

I'd go for the EVGA Supernova series of PSU's, 750W should be fine if you're NOT planning to go SLI
It's also in Tier 1 (highest tier) in the tierd PSU list rated by quality of the PSUs.
Stick to tier 1, tier 2a and tier 2b.
