Hello,
I was thinking about upgrading my CPU on my GA-78LMT-S2P motherboard, but turns out I can't mount it, since it wants too much power. I have also microATX case, which is also problem, since I'll have to buy bigger case to get better motherboard, to get better CPU and better stuff.

So, what's the best and cheap motherboard, CPU and case?

If you're a gamer who isn't interested in overclocking, I would go with http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nzHRnQ (I5-4460/H97 budget board). It's slightly over budget, but go beg someone for 20 bucks. It's worth the mid range i5.

If you're interested in overclocking, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/vYY3mG (G3258/Z97 midrange board+hyper 212 EVO) is a better solution. The g3258 can hang with i3s and i5s in some cases when overclocked in games, it's great practice for haswell overclocking, and it's only 60 bucks. When you burn it out, or the 2 cores isnt enough, go get yourself a nice i5.

Either way, unless you're actually doing lots of multithreaded desktop applications (rendering, video editing, etc), don't be swayed by AMD processors. You couldn't fit an 8 core with a motherboard to match on this budget anyways. If you're a gamer, go intel.

edit: sorry, missed matx.
