Solution
I had a similar problem with the wifi in my laptop running on Windows 7 some months ago. I suppose the solution for both Windows 7 and Windows 8 is the same. You can try one of the following things for the wifi:
1) Try disconnecting from your network while the wifi is turned on, both on your laptop and your router.
2)Try resetting your router from the reset button in your router. Then you can setup your router settings from your laptop by connecting it via the cable.

If I got you correctly, bluetooth is usually turned on when you turn on the wireless (WiFi) in your laptop. If you are still having problems with it, you can download the latest Bluetooth drivers for your laptop model from your laptop's manufacturer's support website.
