Anyone who owns this just looking for opinions, are you updating soon or keeping your 770 because it still runs strong?

I don't own an EVGA card but my 770 is still going strong at 1440p. I don't max games though. You could always wait for the 970 to come back in stock on amazon and get that instead. Pretty sure it costs 350 USD

I'm debating on just getting another one sli them,I love the card have no complaints,I haven't run a game yet that it can't handle I usually run ultra or very high whatever the optimizer sets it to, just curious if I should just hold out or jump the gun and save for the 970

If you already have one 770 I would just hold on to that for now. Wait for the 980 ti because that should be on 20nm compared to the 970/980 which is still on the 28nm. What resolution do you play at? I prefer having one more powerful card instead of 2 less powerful cards. Just personal preference though.

If your going 4k then your going to want a card with at least 4gb of Vram and probably SLI as well. I'm currently waiting on a 1440p Gsync ips panel with good response times. 4k just doesn't seem all that worth it just yet. Multi monitor setups are pretty awesome but taxing on your system

How is Grid 2? I was thinking about picking it up when I get my 3rd 1440p monitor

Not bad actually, very well coded you can turn the settings right up and it looks great and smooth. Gameplay not quite as good as Forza 4/5 on the xbox, but still fun as an "arcadey" racer.
