I have
i5 3570k OC 4.2Ghz
GTX780Ti WF3 OC (344.11) with 1080P monitor
12GB RAM 1600Mhz
SSD 840 EVO 250GB- Windows 7 64Bit (With BF4 too)

This guy have the same system and he is getting much more than me.

I am getting about 50-80 on this map.
I think my problem is that my GPU running at 70%~. It can't be bottleneck because as you have seen it works five to this guy who have the same system as mine (with lower CPU OC).
And my cpu running at 80-95 percent.

- I tried to reinstall Nvidia Drivers / BF4 / windows.

What should i need to do?
thank you.

75c is good...
Is it possible to confirm you two are using the same level of detail/graphics settings?

I think it has something to do with the DirectX that came with Windows. I used to have Windows 7 64 bit, and my fps on all settings was around 30-50 with an AMD Athlon X4 760k and a R9 270. When I installed Windows 8.1, it basically shot up. 60+ fps everywhere I went. It was amazing.

But then again, I'm not gonna try to persuade you to install Win 8.1. That was just my fix.

It's not about DirectX being up to date. Windows 8.1's DirectX 11.2 handles BF4 much better than Windows 7's DirectX 11. It's a statistically proven observation. But then again, some people still manage to run it well with Windows 7. It's a hit and miss situation in my eyes.
