Future proof my PC? What size GPU?

Current build:

Current PSU: CX600W
GPU: Asus gtx 650 TI 1gb ( upgrading to a 660, 760 or a 970)
CPU: fx 8320 (no need to OverClock)
Motherboard: GA-970A-D3P
RAM: Corsair vengeance (2 x 8gb)
HDD: Western Digital Blue 500gb
CPU Cooler: Hyper Evo 212 with dual Corsair fans

What Upgrades will help future proof my PC?
Will a 2gb graphics card be enough for the future?

2 gb graphics card is hardly enough for today, so if investing in one now and "futureproof" it, id go for no less that 4gb. Today 3gb is enough for most games.

Another thing to consider is a descent sized SSD. For OS I find 240GB to be sufficient. If you want games on that disk either go for a separate one or at least a 500 GB one.

Hello... The memory size is needed for screen resolution Display... the more Display Size ( pixels ) and Monitors used, the performance will be better with more memory installed.

2 GB VRAM is enough for single 1080p monitor gaming. Only a very few games use above 2 GB with all the settings maxed up. Upgrade to a 970. (I'm saying 970 because you listed only three)

2GB is starting to become the bare minimum for gpus now a days, I would look really hard at the 970 for future proof (which will never happen). the 660 is a side step to what you have now, the 760 is an improvement, but the 970 will be leaps and bounds over the 650ti.

Hello... That page is just performance ranked, But they do have a performance/price page too...
Just copy and paste any model number of a part with passmark after it and Google it. For example http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=GeForce+GTX+760
