Hi, and sory for my engl im frome greece
i have a problem.
I trade my old card palit 9600gt 1gb ddr2 256bit with this HD7790-DC2OC-2GD5 bit
wen i put on slot frome start and continium to open windows i see on my screen (no signal)
my pc have
moter: CROSSHAIR
cpu: fenom x3 8750 OC 3.1Ghz
ram: x4 kingston hyperx 1gb ddr2 800mhz cl5
psu: Purepower RX Cable Management 600W PSU
and case:Thermaltake Chaser MK-I LCS
my mother have pci-e1.1 and new card 3

Did you remove the old drivers? Do that first, then install the card and then add drivers.

y bat no signal from bios too windows and continiun

and my secont asus 9600gt 512 ddr3 256bit work perfect but i dont have DX11

Maybe the card is defective? I did have an issue on a board once and I had to use the old gpu to get to the BIOS and change the PCIe lanes configuration. I suppose it could be something like that too.

Maybe the card is defective is new 4month on ather pc and only game have plays is goodgame empire.

Even brand new cards can be defective. Either way, take a look at your BIOS settings for PCIe, I am betting that has something to do with it if the card is working okay.
