SLI is a go too as far as fitment in the case. Like Etomber said, be sure the motherboard is SLI compatible and your power supply is up to the task.

Oh yeah I have an asus p8z77-V pro motherboard and a few of the PCI-e ports are 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 or dual x8) so that end of it is fine. The PSU is a 750w supply and I have dual 680's at the moment running on it with no problem.

I am having a hard time posting a picture in this post for some reason but in my case I measured around 14-15 inches of clearance

I just got a response from someone over at Newegg and he said "The nzxt phantom case can support up to a 350mm vga card which is about 13.78". the zotac gtx 970 amp extreme is 11.81" L. for sure your case can support it. just keep in mind this card takes up 2.5 slots."
