All the methods I have done when my pc kept loading and never went past starting windows screen Such as windows recovery bios safe mode command promt advanced boot options cd boot options all of this goes to a screen with Microsoft corporation with green bar and loads for ever and never goes past the corporation screen and safe mode gets stuck n a file called classpnp sys or something like that please help I can't afford to buy a née pc or new parts

Windows vista from uk I think that my antivirus is causing this but I can't start safe mode or anything to delete the anti virus software which is bit defender before this problem occurs it said anti virus program is something then this problem occurred
