Which cpu cooler is better ?

Hello guys.
Will the cooler master hyper 212 hold my qx6850 cool on 4ghz or do i get the sapphire vapor-x(http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/product_index.aspx?pid=1751&lid=1#) cooler.You can also suggest a cpu cooler.

I don't see them in the same category .... haven't seen the Sapphire anywhere but remember it was supposed to sell for $69 (US) or so .... at that price Id take a Phanteks PH-TC14-PE ... the Hyper 212 is $30 (US) so not really an apples and apples comparison.

Here the Sapphire loses badly to the cheaper Phanteks by 8C and the Hyper 212 generally trails the Hyper 212 by 7 - 10C so thermal wise the 2 should be comparable.

If the Sapphire is $30 it doesn't matter .... If the Sapphire is $60 , then:

a) If ya wanna spend $30, get the 212.

b) If ya want 10C more cooling and wanna spend $60 get the Phanteks...
