I have just replaced my HD 7750 and an unnamed PSU for a Asus 760 and a Corsair ATX Builder 500 watt. I had some trouble connecting the 24 pin connector on the motherboard and I thought that was the problem but I think i fixed it. Everything seems wired up but when I go to power to PC on, the front lights light up for half a second, then go off, and nothing else happens. When the PC is turned on, a green light shows on the grphics card, so Im assuming it is connected, but honestly I dont know what to do. Any help will be appreciated

Solution
hmm seems familiar disconnect everything except DVI or VGA or HDMI to gpu and power to PSU..take out motherboard battery for one minute and then start the pc with just 1 RAM if it works turn off the pc but everything back and it will work normally..

Thanks for all the answers but Id like to know why it works for a fraction of a second then shuts off, not doing that again until power is removed then turning it on again. Is something inside stopping it all?
