Motherboard for i5 4440

Which motherboard would be a good match for an i5 4440 and the following?
Asus R9 270 OC
OCZ SSD
1TB hdd
Arctic Cooler Freezer 7
650W PSU

USB3 header is a must.

How do these ones look?... (I'm not settled on mATX but these are cheaper than any ATX one I can find and seem to fit my requirements).

That H81 looks good although nobody uses legacy PCI slots anymore unless you have a really old wifi card. If you can, find a similarly priced board with only PCI express slots. Also note that since it is an H81 and not an H87 the PCIe slots that it does have are 2.0 and not the current gen 3.0. If you do not plan to use a high end GPU then it won't matter but if you do, you might want to consider spending a few extra bucks on an H87.
