how powerful of a power supply would i need?

i have been working on my next build to buy (you can make suggestions on the parts if you like) and pcpartpicker has been telling me 313 watts which i know is not even remotely close to what i need. how many watts would you have for this build?

oh and if you know of case fans that would go well with this build feel free to leave some idea of how to look for that, i am very unfamiliar with this case

that power supply would satisfy my needs? i was coming out to a higher wattage and i was told by a friend of mine with much more experience that a 30% overhead is good.

550W would be a good amount as SR-71 suggested. It actually might even be overkill.

Curious as to why you picked a 750Ti to pair with what seems to be a pretty powerful system? Your 750Ti will definitely be the bottleneck of the system. I think a R9 280x (GTX 770) or even R9 290 (GTX 780) would be a great fit for your system.

i originally had a 780 but i dropped it down because of price, but the 750 has definitely been nagging me
