Is this computer powerful enough, should I overclock this CPU?

Hi,

I made a thread last month for help on building my first custom gaming PC. I have therefore decided (and ordered) these parts:

Intel Core i7 4790k (4.0ghz) Should this be over clocked for SLI and Ultra graphics on most games?
GTX 980 MSI 4gb
Corsair H80 Liquid Cooling - How far should I over clock my CPU (if I should) in ghz considering I
will be liquid cooling.
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16gb Ram 2400 mhz
NZXT Phantom 410 case
Gigabyte Gaming 7 Motherboard (z97)
120hz monitor

Ok so taking in these specifications, I will be aiming to run Skyrim with an ENB and with a few mods, Shadow of Mordor at Ultra with all the extra enhancements and do you think (I know we can not predict the required power for future games but lets just imagine) I will be able to run the upcoming games such as GTA 5 at Ultra with this computer?

So the questions I need answered are:

1. Should I over clock my CPU, if so, to what?

2. Is this computer powerful enough to run almost all stable games (not including Arma or DayZ) at a respectable FPS (60) on Ultra at 1080p?

3. Is this computer worth the £1100 I have payed for it?

I look forward to your answers :)

Josh

Solution
1. 4Ghz is enough. You wouldn't even bottleneck at stock
2. Yes. The 980 is slightly better than a 780ti which can max all games with AA at 1080p/60
3. Yes. This would be like $1800 in Canada
