ur pc never had a graphics card before so u need to still boot it from the motherboards hdmi dvi or vga etc, then after installing the gpu drivers, shutdown ur pc, put the dvi or hdmi cable to ur gpu then reboot and viola

Use your old graphics adapter and continue below.

Have the PCI-E slot enabled in BIOS as your graphics adapter (have the graphics card plugged in at this time, then restart with the cable in the graphics card). You can install the GPU drivers after you have the card working, as the drivers don't help if the card isn't recognized.

**If you have the option to select both the PCI and integrated do that, this can save you the problem of it not working. If it doesn't work you'll have to remove the card again.**

As for your post AzzenWazHere; It may appear you have never done a graphics card upgrade before, how do you expect people first time booting to get video? This is the same, if you get a new card and plug that in and plug the monitor cable into the card, it should work.
