Hi,

After draining my loop today to add in my new GPU I split distilled water from the loop it completely covered the GPUs and a little bit landed on the motherboard but not much just a few drops maybe half a teaspoon.

I padded it down as much as I could and dissembled it dried everything with a cold hairdryer for 30min and then left it for 3 hours. I then reassembled it. Would it be safe to turn it on tomorrow? Or should I do something else like more hairdryer? I don't have a fan to blow on overnight.

Thanks

Cold hairdryer?

PCBs get reflowed in ovens at 250C and some components on motherboards run at 50-70C. Some human-safe hot air at 40-50C is not going to hurt anything and will be 10X more effective at drying off semi-enclosed moisture. Just make sure the board is grounded so hot air cannot build up a static charge on it.
