How do I make steam find games on a secondary drive after a primary drive failure?

My main drive(SSD) in my desktop failed recently. I was to able to recover personal files and I re installed windows 8 on a spare HDD I had. My SSD had small storage space so I kept most my Steam games on a separate HDD, and it still has all the games I had installed on it. I finally got my desktop up and running on the new HDD and I installed Steam. Problem is, Steam has all my games grayed out and wants me re-download, but I have over 100gb of games on my secondary HDD and i don't want to wait days to re-download everything.

My question is, how do I make steam find the games on the secondary drive and un-gray them out? Before my SSD failure the secondary drive with my games was called (D) and after I fixed my desktop it is called (F) if that makes a difference. Is there any way to avoid re-downloading the games on my secondary drive? Thanks for the help
