How Far Can I Overclock My System?

Im getting shitty fps in battlefield 4 and I was wondering if I could get the fps back up with overclocking. I just need to know how far I can overclock my hardware without destroying my system. Please Message Me back. PS. All drivers are up to date and all software is not corrupted(At least I hope so)

System Specs:
CPU:Intel Core I7 4770k Stock clock (for now)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
GPU: 2 ASUS Direct CU 2 TOP R9 270X's
GPU Cooler: Stock Cooler
Case Cooling: 7 Installed Case Fans
Motherboard:Z87-Plus Motherboard
Memory: 16GB Of Corsair Vengeance LP 1600 MHZ DDR3 (Running At 1333 MHZ For some reason)
Storage: 1 WD Caviar Black 7200RPM 1TB
2 WD Caviar Blue 7200 RPM 1TB (each)
PSU:EVGA Supernova 850 Watt Power Supply

I would say you could run it at 4.2ghz no problem and possibly up to 4.5.

Nah. The only processors I haven't overclocked in the last decade were Xeons. If it makes you feel more comfortable, do some research on your motherboard and clocking that cpu in reviews around the web. 4.2 should not be an issue.
