Are you looking for a case fan? Better airflow into/out of your PC?

Why would you need to put a fan on the mobo? it should be fine.

If 2 1/2" is about 6.35cm, any 60mm fan should cut it. If you don't mind scratching the heatsink paint, use 2 or 4 short screws to screw the fan in between the heatsink fins.

Take a fan below a rating of 19dB(A) and it should be inaudible at 1 meters. Coloured LEDs can be added on the fan or in the case, if it is transparent. If your case is opaque, don't bother buying LEDs as they will be invisible...
