Since day 1 of owning my pc I've had the problem of at startup as soon as the windows logo pops up the screen goes black until the login screen comes on. When I would watch youtube videos or even netflix on full screen it would go black(usually on darker scenes or videos that have more black than color and brightness) I think the youtube problem is solved due to flash updates but i still get the black out during start up and when playing Battlefield 4 campaign I can't get past the first mission because when I go to pick up ammo the screen blacks out. Everything is on and working and my mouse light stays on so it must be a gpu problem. After looking around it seemed that maybe it was my hdmi port was just bad, so i switched to dvi, still have the issue. Then I see that maybe it's a driver problem as the catalyst software came with ahci drivers that caused some cards to mess up, i uninstalled it several times, even accidentally deleting the SATA drivers(i saw somewhere that ahci and sata were related?) at any rate that caused my pc not to get past booting, so i had to switch to IDE mode, all i want is to have my computer working and to be able to play games, help please! Card is MSI R9 270X
