GTX 780 TI or GTX 980?

There's honestly not much reason to go for a 700 series card right now, especially since you are looking into buying into the top tier level of graphics performance for the gamer/ media enthusiast. I would strongly recommend the 980, simply because it is on a newer chip architecture, uses less power and is cooler while providing better performance, has more VRAM, longer longevity, and will support more upcoming features, such as DX12 (where as the 780 Ti may only support up to DX 11.2 or 11.3, it is unconfirmed whether or not the 700 series will be DX12 capable or stuck on DX11).

As for pricing, I have no idea where you live or what currency you use, so I suggest you just look up the GTX 980 in Google and find your local pricing in a few seconds.
