I dont know if it good, the reason, is that the original frequency is 4.00Ghz and only use turbo Boost, there is a possibility that I'm not install the thermal paste correctly?

80c is quite high for a stock clocked processor with aftermarket cooling. you should see around 60c at load with a properly installed cooler. also, check your radiator configuration. make sure the fan is mounted properly.
