Hey folks, I'm picking up a positive pressure case (a Silverstone PS07) this week, and a new GPU whenever the GTX 960 hits. Should i get a blower/reference, or open exhaust? I plan on facing the PSU upward no matter what.

Thank you for any input you have.

Facing the PSU upward? Will the PSU placed at the bottom or at the top?
I`m not familiar with your case. Make sure you have a good airflow and make it one directional.

Here it is: http://

The PSU is mounted at the top of the case and sucks in cool air. The motherboard is flipped, so that the GPU shroud faces the PSU. There are two 120mm fans at the front, and I will add an equal one at the back. Will the case effectively pull air away from an open exhaust GPU? Or should I use a blower?

Either way is good. Just make sure you have one directional airflow and the gap between your PSU and GPU is big enough so that your GPU fan can suck sufficient air for cooling. However, I don`t recommend PSU`s in top for cool air settles at the bottom and warm air at the top.

The PSU sits at the top of the case and the intake fan faces up. Is that any better?

It is OK, but I recommend the PSU to be at the bottom.
