So back about a month ago I went on amazon and bought myself a Corsair CX750m power supply that I had learned would not be sufficient for my build. Of course, I didn't figure this out until the return window had closed. This thing is still brand new in the box, unused.
An no, Im not trying to market this thing here on this site, I just have some questions.
I'm very fond with eBay. I use it to buy and sell things regularly. However, Im afraid that if I sell this thing on eBay that Ill get a message one day saying it fried someone's system. I don't want to pull out the PSU to test it because I don't want to have to list it as "used". Im kind of at an impass here, if you guys could give me some advice that would be great. I've had this $90 thing sitting on my desk like a paper-weight for the past 1 month...

What kind of system do you have that a 750W Corsair isn't enough for?!

As to the ebay thing, you won't be responsible for it if it is new in box. They will have to contact the manufacturer. You have the choice on ebay of giving a refund option or not. After that it is the buyer who needs to make the decision. You won't be responsible.
Most folks who resell new computer items do so w/o a refund offer because of the fact that it is new.
