Hi all. I just recently replaced my platform from AMD to Intel. I changed out the motherboard and cpu and already i have much better performance in stock settings. I overclocked my AMD and have a liquid cooling unit but unfortunately it isn't compatible. I want to overclock my new cpu up to about 5.0 GHz or maybe a bit more but i need the cooling first. it runs it in turbo mode (4.4) just fine but 5 would heat up badly with the voltage additions. I actually have 2 questions. 1. What are a few of the very best liquid cooling systems i can get for this specific cpu and motherboard? 2. will my power supply handle it?(i think it should but i wanted to make sure) Here are my stats:

Intel® Core™ i7-4790 (turbo 4.4GHz)

8GB (2GBx4) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory

AMD Radeon HD 7970 3GB

650 Watt corsair power supply

1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD

ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Solution
I suggest the swiftech h220, I wouldn't mess with corsairs closed loop offerings. Weaker pumps etc. You can also add the GPU to the loop eventually with the swiftech.

They are a decent choice. I'm kind of concerned that the OP is asking if the power supply will support watercooling; pumps rarely ever draw over 25 watts. Yet we always see this as one big question for newcomers: "can my power supply handle this much watercooling". Most likely, yes it will be fine, unless your PSU is already stressed to the point of failure.

It's very beneficial to understand what is needed for a full watercooling loop so that when we are attempting to answer questions, the OP knows what we are discussing and why.
