My computer won't boot

Hi,
My ipex computer will not boot from my bootable USB.
It says: PXE-E61: media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: exiting intel boot agent.

It would be really appreciated if someone told me how to fix this.
Other details is that there is one hard drive and I'm not booting from that, and the USB contains the boot manager, operating system and other essentials.

Thanks for that but for some reason when I disable network boot, it doesn't recognise my USB and tries to boot off the hard drive again
I just don't know what to do.
Also, when you say change the boot disk, do you mean make sure it is mandatory that it boots first and not the hard drive?

are you trying to flesh/upgrade bios through usb? I don't see any reason if you set the boot order to usb drive 1st.
you mentioned it is bootable, I assume the drive is good.

I don't know the link cause my relative bought me it for my birthday and the pieces so I could manually build it. But amazingly, it just worked so thank you ZXT and Paul NZ
