Odds of Microsoft offering free win10 upgrade if you no longer have the win8 disk?

I purchased Win8 last year, it sucked. Tossed the disk because they refused to refund me. Bought win7, worked fine and seem to have "lost" the Win8 disk.

What are the odds of Microsoft offering the free upgrade to win10 if I can prove I purchased Win8 already. I dont have it installed as mentioned and Microsoft is vauge on the terms of this upgrade. Not sure if they would give me a key activation for win 10, a hard copy, or if I would be forced to install Win8 just to press a button that auto updates to win10.

No chance at all, I know years back (it will prob be the same) at DELL if anyone lost their disc they didn't mind sending 1 out as everyone knows the disc is worth nothing it's the CD Key that is worth the money, DELL were sending discs out then Microsoft jumped in and told DELL to stop sending out replacement discs.
