I want to know if everything looks right here, I'm about to order my parts. Please tell me if you see any problems with this build.

Everything is all good apart from having a much bigger PSU for your build than you actually need as one that you have got could run a 3 way SLI of the gtx 970 quite happily, I would suggest getting a 650W one from seasonic or XFX as it will still allow you to SLI in the future. The other thing to make a note of is that the CM 212 EVO isn't the best for overclocking the devil's canyon processors, but it is better than the stock cooler in all repects
