Overclocking 8350 is easy.

Step 1 - Set CPU frequency to D.O.C.P
Step 2 - change multiplier to desired
Step 3 - Change Vcore voltage to achieve stability.

With the FX-8350, do not get over 1.52 Volt and do not get higher temp than 65C

Sorry But What is D.O.C.P and also i may want to add that when in the bios there is a option that Says CPU Unlock (Disabled/Enabled) currently set to Disabled should that be changed and when its enabled every time i do a fresh boot the system shuts back down and starts up normal why does that happen is it normal?

yes it is normal that your computer does a fresh boot when changing CPU clock. it needs to do this in order to set the new clock.

yeah this is normal because your motherboard has to reboot in order to unlock multiplier.
