No Graphics output on my new PC

I just got done building a new gaming pc and the graphics card is not outputing any video and there are no onboard graphics what do i do

Graphics card: Asus GTX750Ti
Mother Board: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0

- Check if you connected the power supply GPU connection
- Check if your monitor input source correlates with where you plugged in your PC
- Do the fans of your graphics card spin?

-The power is connected
-My monitor says no input
-and yes my fans are both spinning

Ok. The card is at least alive. Let's see...

- Does your motherboard speaker make any unusual beeps?
- Check if the cable is not faulty by trying a different one, or moving the current one around to see if you get picture.

Ok... That's a good enough PSU. I'm just trying to figure out what the problem might be, so, forgive me for the multiple lists of questions...

Does the fan of your processor cooler spin?
Is it a completely new system or are you using components from an older system in combination with new ones?
Have you tried resetting the bios through the jumper?
Do you hear the motherboard speaker without the graphics card installed?

-My cpu cooler fan does spin
-Completely new
-Just tries and nothing
-and its okay i need this to work :)
