my pc is 300 wat power suply, will this card work?

300 watt or greater power supply is the requirement for the card, does that mean 300 wats+ or it will work with my pc.

What card? :p . Generally speaking they normally recommend more then you actually need just to be on the safe side, depending on the card you can have a much smaller power supply and be fine still.

You'll want about 220W spare to run this thing on full load, so as long as your, ram, mobo, and cpu don't take more then 80 combined you should be fine. Your cpu under full load will be around 65W, So if you completely max your computer out, you will be at 285W + A few more for the ram. You will be right on the edge of your psu but it should be able to take it.
