Cheapest, reliable PSU?

I'm kind of new to the whole pc building world, so I apologize in advance for any ignorance I vomit out of your screen and all over your face.

I was wondering what the cheapest, reliable psu would be for this build:

Asus Sabertooth P67
i7 2600k
R9 290
8gb ram (haven't decided, brand/ model yet)
Seagate Barracuda 3 TB Internal 7200 RPM

I would hopefully like enough power to add a second R9 290 in the future, but if a psu was significantly cheaper than the psu that had the extra power for the 2nd 290 I would probably go with that.

I was looking at this ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/850W-Gaming-120MM-Fan-Silent-AT... ) PSU on ebay, but couldn't find too many reviews/ feedback. The price was just pretty tempting.

Thanks in advance!

I have some questions:

Is this strictly for gaming?

2: What model of R9 290 is that?

3. Is that CPU/Mobo combo from a previous PC? Because those parts are 2.5 generations old

Oh and I would NOT get that PSU

Why do you need a heater ? Get GTX 970 instead . Faster , cheaper and power efficient .

1. For gaming/ video editting

2. Msi R9 290 Twin Frozr

3. I'm buying both used for around a hundred bucks. I thought it was a pretty good price for the parts, but if you think otherwise now would be a good time to know haha. I think it would fit my needs, but again I'm new.

Yeah, that PSU is kind of way out of my range. I was hoping for something less than $100 for a psu. What would be the cheapest thing that I could get that would fit my current needs rather than my future needs? Unless there is another psu that could fit my price range that would accommodate my future needs as well.

Thanks again!

That CPU/Mobo combo for $100 is great assuming they're both in working condition. I was about to tell you to avoid that combo if it was strictly for gaming, but $100 is to good of a deal The MSI Gaming R9 290 is a decent model but there are better ones out there.

You're going to have to get a god quality PSU for 2 R9 290s. They suck a lot of power and you don't want to get a cheap PSU because when cheap PSUs fail, they fry the rest of your system. So spend a bit extra for PC insurance provided by Antec, Corsair, EVGA, Seasonic, and XFX

Alright cool, I might get the $90 1000w psu, but I'd rather save the money for now to buy the ram and etc. Is there any cheap psu that would just serve the 1 R9 290?

Cool, cool. You guys are the best.

Would the

Rosewill Green Series RG630-S12 630W Single 12V Rail Power Supply

work out? I think it might be alright temporarily because I can get one for dirt cheap used.

Okay, cool. Thanks for the info. I will see if I can skip a couple meals and make the 1000w plan work. Again, this has been insanely helpful.

You should take the XFX 650w that Blackbird suggested. It's a great unit and will be plenty for a single GPU setup with overclocking headroom. You could always find a great deal on a 1000w unit whenever you decide to Crossfire
