With the restarting, were things on the monitor beforehand?

If not, is your computer on a constant reboot loop? <- if that is the case try booting with one ram stick vice versa.

I tried booting with one stick of memory and it stopped on the f2 code, then restarted and stopped on the f2 code again and is stuck there. Still nothing on the monitors.

Good chance you may have bricked the board.

SR-71 Blackboard means you may have broken the board. If it is broken you can try RMA'ing it or you'll have to replace it.

I'm pretty sure the board was bricked and will have to be returned or replaced....Sorry this does happen

There isn't much, you could only try tearing everything apart and starting from scratch. Instead of putting everything inside the case just hook up the basics; PSU/Motherboard/CPU/Ram/Graphics card; and see what happens from there. If it still doesn't work then you have to return it or get it replaced.
