Solution
That PSU won't handle your GPU selection. A minimum 500w PSU is recommended by Sapphire. This would work great but is a bit more money. Don't use anything lower than a Tier 3 PSU with that setup. You're not going to find an ok PSU for under 25.00, nor a quality one for under 30.00, especially one that meets the requirements of the card. The PSU is the most important component in the system. Nothing else works right if the PSU doesn't provide clean and stable power regardless of demand upon it. If you need to skimp, skimp on something other than the PSU. If money is the problem, save up until you can make up the difference or else you're wasting what money you do spend as you'll end up spending it again, plus some, before long...
