I am wondering if my PC can run GTA 5

i5 4690K

GTX 760 - 2GB

If so will I be able to install mods without it affecting the gameplay like freezing, crashing ect?

More about : run gta5

any mods are not guaranteed to not crash the game in the first place.

You can also run GTA 5 just fine, keeping in mind I am stating this at a standard of 1920x1080 resolution.

Asking about a game that will be released in a few months and does not even have min/recommended specs. available? You will not get an answer, just speculation.

The speculation is pretty much the confirmed by now. The developer needs to release the min and recommended specs prior to release for people who want to buy the game, as they need to know if their system is capable before going out and buying it as soon as it is released.

I asked about the mods because GTA 5 is a demanding game to run and that mods can affect gameplay performance, regardless of what mod it is or how buggy it is. I am just curious if I should avoid mods since I don't have the best PC.
