PSU 750W Which one???

i have a question what of this two is better, i want to go with the cooler master because of my budget, but is the integra better or the coler master also good for r9 280x vapor-x and amd fx-8350???

Generally speaking the 80 Plus Bronze or better PSU's are the ones to get. Depending on your needs/wants, you can get some decent PSU's for not too much $. I have a list of the ones that I'd consider below:

But where i leave they only have cooler master psu, they have also V series but i am out of budget, but my question is is it good enough the 750w gm cooler master like i posted for the amd fx-8350 and r9 280x vapor x and i dont do oc??

GM comes under tier 3 it should handle them but no Overclocking. And don't expect the PSU too last much long.
