That is pretty impressive to be honest, I wish my i5 maintained temperatures as low as that. Overclocking isn't all that about temps though, you need to be sure that the rest of your hardware is up to the task. Can you post a full spec list please?
Sure, I'm obviously a newbie to OC. Haven't used this desktop in about a year. Was having issues with it. Seems to be better now though.
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AMD 990FX Motherboard
Kingston HyperX (2 X4GB) 1600
Cooler Master Silent Pro 800W
AMD 1090T 6-core 3.2GHz
Temporarily using a XFX Radeon HD 6850, but I just bought a GTX 770 that is being shipped to me right now.
You don't say what kind of cooler you have, that is also rather important. As to overclocking, looking at your hardware I'd say you should get a fairly decent one, especially with that motherboard. There are numerous guides to overclocking for both intel and AMD, but as anyone with any experience will tell you, overclocking isn't a case of changing a few settings. Overclocking is a literal journey of discovery (as stupid as that sounds) because every chip is different and every setup is different, so what works for one person will not always work for you.
Here are a few links I've picked up. I strongly urge you to make time to sit and read through them all thoroughly, I'll try to throw in some videos as well. Once you've done that, and if you don't have any major questions, you can get started. Just remember to start small and go slow.
A nice little video from Linus:

That one is a firm favourite from almost everyone I've seen answering questions about overclocking.
