i building a system a cheap one, without any gpu, cooler n heavy psu.

this will replace my existing optiplex Gx620 running windows 7 pro 32bit.

i have read the G3258 review by tom hardware, n do understand that without overclocking G3240 is little bit different from G3258.
Also, if i go for G3258 i will have to wait till dec to be available in my city officially.

firstly, for overclocking G3258 do i need cooler, n 500w psu or higher?

secondly, i will consider to buy i3 later next year when it will be cheap. or go for broadwell (this will depend next year after sept)

my spec which i am looking at, so help me in choosing them too.

dvd rom (already have)
led monitor (already have)
old but powerful 300w each 2.0 speakers (already have)
ups 1200w (already have)
2 x 250 hdd sata (version 1 i think)

casing: opinion
local casing with build in 350w psu. $ 27-28
http://www.czone.com.pk/casing-legend-casings-legend-9-series-919-casing-pakistan-p.1711.aspx
or
casecom casing with build in 350w psu $ 35-37

HDD :
Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache $ 64-66
or
Seagate ST1000DX001 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s Hybrid Drive $ 88-90

Ram : single or 2x 4 gb ram of 1600mhz
SP / Silicon Power 8GB DDR3 240 Pin Long-DIMM 1600 $82-84
or
Kingston 8GB DDR3 1600 Bus $83-85
or
Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 $100-102
or
Dynet 4gb ram $41-42

mobo: for this i am thinking going for hdmi board with support broadwell. or simply go for cheap one without hdmi.
ASUS H81M-E $ 60-61
Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2 $60-61
ASUS H81M-A $69-70

ASUS H97M-E $113
GIGABYTE GA-H97-HD3 (rev. 1.0) $ 120
ASUS H97-PLUS LGA 1150 $ 126

Solution
Casecom is a poor brand, but atleast better than the local one, get it over China product. Thermaltake is much better.

Feel free to go with Kingston, over the other brand. H81 MoBo is same as 97, not much difference except chips. Yep some may not have HDMI. You can go with this MoBo, great value/money:

I'd wait for the G3258, its an extreme OCer.
Well, without a GPU, 350W PSU is plenty for OCing Pentium. Yes you do need an af cooler for OCing. I however can't be sure of the PSU in either of the case you specified, there's no info on what Amps they'll give from 12V line, so I certainly can't recommend either. Don't go with Hybird drives, they're no different from HDDs in real world, save your money there.

I'd go with Kingston 8GB stick, or Corsair 8GB stick if you can afford it, avoid other brands (except G.Skill/ Patriot/ Mushkin and some others).

For MoBo firstly, if you're looking to upgrade to Broadwell, H97 makes sense. But in all possibility, Broadwell will be 5-10% better than Haswell at max, so I'd save my money with H81 MoBo and use the money saved for a good CPU cooler for substancial OCing. H81M-E is a good MoBo for OCing, as are the other H81s, get the one you find cheaper.

sorry for late reply. and thank you for replying.
can you suggest a ocing from this website if possible www.czone.com.pk
one is local assemble with parts from china, while other is taiwan or china i think casecom one.

i will find out n let u know when the market open again. as i was hoping for thermaltake with builtin psu but right now they are only providing without psu here. as buying a good casing n separate psu will damage my budget. also cooler master n gigabyte ones dont have psu builtin too. :(

ok great save money on hdd.
g.skill n hyper x blue one is available but as used, as officially they havn't come here yet. (so, no warranty) cosair warranty is 1 years while kingston value select is 5 years.

if i dont buy the 9 series mobo, how long do u think 8 series mobo will last? and i need a hdmi mobo, since tried of using vga. again if not a bother can u check n recommend from the site above. as we do have msi, gigabyte, asus, intel (series 8 i think) , asrock (i think).
