CPU: Intel Core i5-4590
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 770 / 2GB GDDR5
PSU: Corsair power supply CS550M (dunno if its good but i got a good deal on it)
RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600Mhz DDR3 (some ppl suggest g.skill but i cant get my hands on it in my city, and i dont want to order and wait like 1-2 weeks for it)
HDD: WD Black 1TB
SDD: SAMSUNG 840 120gb ( i think 120gb is enough)
Case: Corsair computer case Carbide Series 300R Windowed Compact PC Gaming Case
Monitor: Benq XL2411Z ( i just fell in love with it after playing counter strike with it)
MOBO: ASRock H97 PRO4 ( i got a good deal on it aswell -25% atm, + it seems rather good)

120 GB SSD is enough for Windows and some applications, but you are going to be installing your games to the 1TB drive.
The 1TB drive is a very fast model, so that is good.
HyperX memory is great, I have used it many times without any issues.

The only thing I would change is the graphics card.
It is going to struggle to get 60 FPS with high settings in many games.
2GB of VRAM will not be enough for the highest settings in upcoming games (already not enough in Watch Dogs in fact).
I would strongly recommend you get the GTX970, even if that means you have to wait a few weeks.
It has much lower power usage, much better performance and 4GB of VRAM.

I also definitely agree with @VincentP for the 970. the 770 just doesn't cut it anymore.

When I build a machine with an SSD in it (most these days) I stick in a 240GB or bigger. Then the only thing I don't put on it is large files like music and videos. The reason for this is that I hate waiting 3 seconds for the HDD to spin up from standby just to access or edit a document in word etc. In the past I have had complaints from customers where they have experienced this 3 seconds lag and thought it was a bug or a bad design and build. The alternative is to have <HDD sleep = never> in power settings. That, however, will reduce the HDD lifetime. On a RAIDed system that is less relevant as the RAID can always be rebuilt with a replaced drive when one fails.

GPU- If you're already planning on spendingthe money for a 770, you might as well go for the 970. You can get the EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 for $350, which isn't too much more than your average 770.

MoBo- If you only plan on running a single GPU, then your ASRock board is fine; otherwise, I'd go to an MSI Z97 PC Mate board. The MSI boards offer more upgrade paths than the H97 you have, and the retail price isn't too much higher.

PSU- Get the CX 550w (comes in both fixed and modular). The CS is fine for minor OC'ing, but you should consider a better PSU if you are going to do substantial OC'ing. I prefer the Antec HCG series, but that's mostly because I can buy it locally.

HDD- I have no problem with the WD Black series, but there are cheaper options that perform fine (the bare-drive Seagate Barracuda, for example, will run you about $55)

All other hardware looks fine. Your monitor really comes down to personal preference, I think.

Get the gtx 970, but do not get the EVGA model, there is a known issue with heatsinks, try the gigabyte or the MSI versions, they are both good. GTX 770 is obsolete anyway, just get the gtx 970 which also has 4gb of VRAM.

I am not planning to OC at all that why my CPU is without the K and i didint even consider another cooler for the CPU.
What i mostly do is play csgo comp so the settings are low 1024x768 etc., bf4 , dayz , rust most of the FPS games but mainly i use my home pc for the csgo.

I dont even plan on playing the next gen games tbh because i dont find the new games fun anymore, i only see my self playing games that have a comp edge i dont like PvE at all.

So guys as i understood the only thing that you wanted to change here is the GPU from 770 to 970, i will consider it since the price difference isint that big
About the PSU im not planing to OC at all so i think it will do
and 120gb of SSD is enough the only thing will be there is windows 8.1 and BF4 + dayz thats all, i have cheeked its enough, maybe if i will get a good deal on the 240gb ssd i will buy that one instead.

But the build is ok by itself right guys? :D

Yes it is.
Very good monitor by the way. The new BenQ monitors are flicker free, which beats their competition with PWM back-lighting. The image quality is pretty good too. The refresh rate of this monitor is ideal for the type of games you play.

The GTX 770 will hit 120 FPS in CS GO at 1920x1080 at the highest settings, but the GTX 970 will cater much better to other games you might decide to play. I see no reason why you would want to play at 1024x768 which will look rubbish on your new monitor.

i play on 1024x768 stretched because it gives a slight advantage modules are bigger there for easier to aim at them, only comp players play at lower res ofc any one who play casually will play at 1080p, im guessing even 770 will be at 200+ fps with 1024x768 + settings are on low aswell. And i really dont see my self playing any other games that will come in near future.
In the end im just a Counter-Strike Addict :)

In that case, you'll be perfectly fine with what you have.
