Hi guys,
have a ds cube case. Would like to replace the front fan. Need a slim one (20 mm). Possibly pwm (can't find any). Silence is my favourite feature. Watched bitfenix spectre, any alternatives?

Oops, didn't give width a look. Well, AeroCool is a great option too, very quiet :)

you think that is better than the original aerocool preinstalled?

Not really, these are one of the quietest fans in the market, and provided you already have them (again, I didn't notice that), makes no sense Tbh, I wonder why you wanted to replace fans.

Really don't know what kind of aerocool fan comes with dscube. Seems to be pretty cheap so I wanted something better.

Well, DS stands for Dead Silence and the fans are ought to be quiet. I'd advise not to buy any extra fans right now and check out the stock ones. If they feel too loud, we can talk about replacing them with some really seriously silent ones :)

I have been running the case for month more or less. The problem is not too much the noise, but the fact that running very slowly the front fan can be barely controlled by the mobo fan management (tebds to stall). Just ordered the aerocool dead silence-, more cfm, a bit more rpm, and, from spec, two decibels less, so noise should halve.
