Hi, I am building a desktop pc as my computer is already dying on me.

Here are the specs,

GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1150 - GA-H87-D3H (rev. 1.x)
Cooler Master: V550 Semi-Modular
Intel® Core™ i5-4570 Processor
GeForce GTX 760 GTX Graphics Card
8GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit (corsair) http://www.corsair.com/en/cmx8gx3m2a1333c9
Western Digital Blue 2tb hdd

Ok so I picked this randomly while I was surfing the Internet for parts, so I wonder are these parts compatible with each other (eg. Are the watts enough for all these?) since these parts look pleasing to me.

I am also looking for an cheaper alternative.

I play mostly low end games like minecraft or tf2 I just need a playable framerate like 40fps at high settings.

I also browse the Web a lot.

So, any suggestions?

Yes everything is compatible. You can put down on PSU a bit, quality wise, and get 1TB HDD instead of 2, believe me, unless you're a movie buff, 1TB is plenty and you can get another 1TB drive anytime later. For PSU, EVGA 500B or XFX Pro 550W are cheaper and still great options. You'll get comfortable FPS on ultra settings on those titles :)

Hmmm... 4570+H87?
Actually, there are a newer version of those, namely 4590 and H97.
If you haven't bought them yet, you might want to order the newer version.
But, if you ordered/have them already, it is also ok. The performance difference is really minimal to 4570+H87, nothing to notice.

The older one can still be bought easily :)
But if you can still order then get the newer version.

4590 is 100MHz faster than 4570. No difference in real live.

H97 has PCI-E M.2 Support and H87 not.

4590 and h97 is an incremental update of 4570 and h87. That is why there is no big difference.
H87 can run 4590 too but you might need to upgrade the BIOS first.

The price difference (proc+mobo) is only €5-20 in total here where I live, I would not see such difference to consider the older version.

But the 4590 (pretty much all cpu's have integrated graphics) has an integrated graphics 4600 do i need to use it? if so, do i need to install both drivers for the 4600 and the 760? Since my bro's laptop has integrated graphics and the gpu drivers installed.

You can use either integreted graphics or dedicated graphics, when one is in use the other would be disabled. Just plug in the 760, install latest drivers, and you're good to go :)
