I want to upgrade my graphics card to Zotac Nvidia GT610 2gb ddr3 Synergy edition and it requires 300 watts power supply but my cpu is giving only 230 volts . Can i use it?

If you have a budget of atleast Rs. 7500 one of the following graphics cards would be a good choice. With the cheapest ones first. With the price increases performance.(It's better to buy a good gpu when you buy coz you'll regret if you don't)

You're very wrong in grasping power here. Wattage and Voltage are different, CPU does not give volts, the main power supply line does, 230V is from that line. Your PSU (power supply unit) determines how big of a GPU (graphics card) can you go for, and, for that, you need to check up how much wattage it is, that is where the requirement for 300W comes into place. If its anything above 250W, your system supports it, as the GPU itself only takes up 30W.

Yes, save up some more, and invest your money in something decent. I made the mistake of getting a 210 3 years ago, and after the first few days, repented till I got a 650 in February. I'd advise to save atleast 6000 and get a GT 640 DDR5 or R7 240, as unknownofprob said.

I would suggest getting the GTX 650.
